Dates: Wk 1 (10am - 1pm) Artwork and glass panel design generation: working with a chosen theme start creating and constructing design ideas for the glass panel, using a range of paper based processes. You will need to have some idea of what subject you would like to work with ie natural forms, shells, architecture etc. it would be good if you can collect images (magazines, newspaper, photocopies from online, postcards etc) and bring them to the first session. If you know what you would like to work with if you email information to me, I can also look for artists and information on your behalf. Wk 1 (10am - 1pm) In this session we will be exploring your ideas using different drawing methods and collage to originate design ideas for your glass work. Wk 2 (10am - 1pm) Artwork generation: continue creating and constructing design ideas for the glass panel. Wk 3 (10am - 1pm) Transfer the sand blast design onto the glass panel and cut the vinyl.
