As an artist-led studio, we design and deliver hands-on creative experiences for groups of all kinds. Our workshops combine new experiences with moments for reflection and collaboration, encouraging new ways of thinking and connecting.
Assembly Arts workshops are perfect for teams at key moments in their journey. Our creative sessions provide a structured, hands-on space for collaboration, fresh ideas, and stronger connections whether you are:

Workshop Sizes and Options
We can tailor your session to include one or more of these hands-on creative activities:
- Ceramics & pottery
- Experimental drawing and mark-making
- Cyanotypes and photography
- Screen printing
- Sculpture (clay, mixed media, or collaborative installations)
- Collage and mixed media painting
- Graphic design and digital creativity
- Stop Motion animation and creative storytelling
Each workshop is led by a professional artist and can be adapted to your team’s goals, energy, and skill level. One-to-one coaching, discussion facilitators and a visual record of discussions can be provided for an additional cost.
Some activities suit smaller groups, like processing film in the darkroom (up to four participants). Others, such as experimental drawin,g can host up to 14. Each session is tailored to your team's goals for a unique and memorable experience.

Half Day (From £500)
3-4 hours guided creative activity led by a professional artist. All materials and light refreshments provided.
Full Day (From £850)
6-7 hours including two structured creative workshops and time built in for collaboration, discussion and reflection sessions.
Locally sourced lunch provided.
Two Day Immersion (From £1,500)
Multi-discipline creative sessions held across two days.
Optional local excursion.
Professional photographs can be arranged.
Catering included on both days.
Week-Long Creative Retreat (From £3,800)
Step completely away from the office and immerse your team in a week of creativity, collaboration, and focused strategy.
Mornings: Structured creative workshops across multiple disciplines
Afternoons: Dedicated time for brainstorming, project planning or team strategy in the inspiring studio space.
Fully catered lunches and snacks included during the daytime.
